How we handle your data

Who is responsible
DRUKAR Production LLC (ТОВ «Друкар Продакшн»), Ukraine, operating the EASY3DPRINT, DRUKAR and PLEXIWIRE production lines. Contact for any privacy question: sales@drukar.com.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: name and company, phone number and email.
- How you reached the page: campaign tags (UTM) and ad click identifiers, the page address and the referring site.
- If you accept cookies: anonymous usage statistics and ad performance data collected through Google Tag Manager.
Why and on what legal basis
- To call you back and arrange the meeting you asked for: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To follow up on business enquiries and keep a record of them: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics and advertising measurement: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time under "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
Who receives the data
Our sales team in Poland and Ukraine. Service providers that process data for us: Google (Google Workspace for storing enquiries; Google Analytics and Google Ads if you consent) and GitHub (website hosting). If we enable other ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), their tags load only after your consent. Some providers and our team are outside the EEA; such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case contract records follow the applicable legal retention periods.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Write to sales@drukar.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
